At Pure Bliss Massage & Wellness, it is the intention to provide all guest with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment; each treatment is tailored to every client's needs. The following policy and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and repeating guests.
Pure Bliss Massage & Wellness strongly believes that your time is valuable as is ours. Every attempt will be made to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. The following policies have been adopted in order to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all clients and out of consideration for Pure Bliss Massage & Wellness.
Arrival to your Massage
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This will allow time for any appropriate client forms, change and prepare for the service. All sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may be charged.
Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. You business is valued and we ask you respect scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule , please notify at least 24 hours in advanced.
Lat arrivals may not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment. In special cases, and when the schedule will allow, a partial or full appointment time may be accommodated. The original reservation fee will be charged.
No Show Policy
Clients who fail to show for appointments will be responsible for 50% of the service scheduled.
Request for sexual activity of any kind will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.
The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances. A professional distance will be maintained from these areas.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the practitioner is NEVER appropriate.
Existing & New Medical Conditions
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the practitioner informed of any changes in health conditions. Any medical treatment currently being taken, will need a written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., to provide massage treatment.
